Heinrich Liechtenstein
Professor Liechtenstein specializes in entrepreneurial finance and the management of wealth. He is co-author on several publications on private equity and angel investing, and his research focuses on creating operational value in wealth management businesses.
He is co-leading “The Family Office Research Project”, which is a cross-continental effort within the Wharton Global Family Alliance that aims to serve global families by researching and sharing best practices. Professor Liechtenstein lectures in the MBA and Executive Programs at the IESE Business Scholl in Barcelona.
Kripa Sethuraman
Kripa Sethuraman leads Family Office Exchange’s international client relationship management and content and insight development efforts as Managing Partner, International. In this role, Kripa works closely with UHNW families on issues ranging from governance, family office operations, asset allocation, and succession planning.
Kripa holds a Masters in Economics degree from the London School of Economics and a B.Sc. from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.

Caroline Garnham
Caroline moved the private client practice, of which she was head for fifteen years, from City law firm Simmons & Simmons to Lawrence Graham (LG) in September 2006. She is now a partner in their Tax and Private Client department. Caroline is the founder of Family Bhive, an interactive website for the ultra high net worth family and the industry which serves it.
This year she has been invited to speak in Melbourne, Hong Kong, New York, Geneva, Zurich, Johannesburg and London on her pioneering thinking on Family Office and on Family Governance structures.
Penny Lovell
Penny joined Fleming Family and Partners in 2001. She is currently their Group Head of Business Development. Prior to joining FF&P, she worked at Coutts providing investment and overall financial planning advice to the Trustee department and their clients.
Her role developed to become Manager of the Sports and Entertainment client team. Penny is a Trustee of the Trinity Hospice, a Trustee of Prince's Foundation for Children and the Arts, and a member of the UK Advisory Board for Room to Read.
Michael Maslinski
Michael is a director of Maslinski & Co Ltd, a London based consultants specialising in the Private Banking and Wealth Management. Maslinski & Co has been recognised as the consultancy with the best understanding of the wealth management sector, in a survey of 40 European financial institutions, covering 11 countries.
Michael has advised a wide variety of institutions on the development of their services for private clients, ranging from major retail and investment banks to wealth management boutiques and family offices. Prior to establishing his own consulting firm in 1995, he was Head of Business Development at Coutts, where he had over 20 years practical experience of private banking.
Samantha Morgan
Samantha joined Withers in 1996 becoming a partner in 2000, and works with a number of international family offices, advising on all aspects of UK tax and fiduciary issues and co-ordinating foreign tax and other advice. Samantha has advised a number of offshore and onshore jurisdictions on legislation relating to trusts, private trust companies and family offices. She specialises in complex tax structures and has written on trust precedents and wills.
David Kilshaw
David is Head of KPMG’s Private Client Group and has nearly 25 years experience of advising clients on personal tax matters. David advises on all aspects of personal taxation including capital gains tax, inheritance tax and trust planning, but with particular emphasis on structuring to ensure tax efficiency. In 2006 and 2007, he was nominated as a member of the Citywealth top 100 wealth advisers. David’s clients include high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs and both onshore and offshore trustees.
